Hard drive errors that require a Defrag module purchase?
Just got a laptop in October--Toshiba L675...today I'm getting critical errors regarding the hard drive. Read time of Hard drive less than 500 ms; 36% of HDD unreadable; Hard drive does not respond to system commands. Bad sectors on Hard drive. It recommended defrag which I have done and now it says to fix them I need to purchase a Defrag HDD repair module. Can anyone tell me more about this?

This is a scam, and sign of serious malware infection. The program shows fake errors to convince you into buying. Do a scan with MBAM, or other good anti-malware program.
