How do I take my dvd/cdrw drive out of my dell? I unscrewed one screw but it still wont budge!?

I have a Dimension E510 and my DVD/Cdrw combo drive broke. They are sending a replacement but I cant figuire out how to get the old drive out! I took teh cover off of course and unscrewed a screw that was holding the drive in but it still wont budge, it starts to come out then catches on something else holding it in there. Am I able to take it out through the front? Is there any online instructions showing me how? Thanks
It will probably come out of the front, but you may have to detach the front cover to do it.
The drive will have up to 4 screws holding it into it's cage or onto its rails... but no idea how the rails or cage are fixed into the computer.
How far out does it move if you undo 1 screw and pull it? A little bit or more than 1/4"? If it's a little bit then there are more screws somewhere. If it's more than that then either you have a screw in a slot you've missed or the cables are not unplugged and you've reached the end of the wires.
Failing that, Dell may send instructions with the new drive or you should find it in the manual (which of course is on CD... hahaha)... which you should find on Dell's website.
