Blackberry 8703e with "only emergency calls allowed error"?
I bought a verizon blackberry 8703e, and not even verizon can get it to work. Every time I dial a number it displays "Sorry only emergency calls are allowed". I tried the blackberry.com software update, and it states there is no current updates available for it.
