Is there USB 3, 2.5 inch HDD with Sata III (6gb/s) interface?
Also, are there interal HDDs 2.5inch for laptop that are Sata III (6gb/s ) ? FInally what's better, to buy hdd case + hdd or to bye ready external hdd like WD my passport essential ?

The only way that would EVER show a difference in performance over a SATA II connection is if you put a high performance SSD in it. Any USB 3 enclosure will be more than fast enough to push the max throughput that the hard drive can.
Well, that all depends on price. Shop around for drives and enclosures, then look at the prices on prebuilt ones. Probably won't be more than a few bucks either way.
