Have a laptop that has a corrupted HDD and does not support booting from usb, has no disk drive or floppy?
Can I install another OS? I have another HDD to use.

We've check, even with the USB in there's nothing in the BIOS to give us the option to boot form the USB.
Check the Fujitsu web site for the product number, it came with no optical drive. It's pretty old, as in 10 years ago old.
That "free music or free movie " wasn't free after all, was it?
EVERY major OEM has a hidden partition which has a clean copy of the OS, all your drivers, and your preinstalled software. You did not say which make and which model you have. Contact your mfgr for the keystroke combination to do a factory restore. I'm VERY surprised they have no USB boot support.
If you have already blown out your factory image, you can reinstall with a new copy of the OS and you can even upgrade to a newer OS as long as your machine is hardware capable of it and as long as it is a LEGAL copy. Of course, if you want to upgrade, you will need to pay for the upgrade.
If you don't have your OS discs, call your mfgr, they will give you another set free, even if you are past your warranty, but you have to pay shipping which is fair. Ask for a drivers disk too, but they will not have it past one year. you can get them off the net of they no longer have the disk.
EDIT: As usual, I agree with bongart. there is no results given, and all his advice is correct. YOU SHOULD POST THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE COMPUTER, not the product ID of an ancient HD that is no longer made.
If you have a 10 year old laptop, it is NOT worth repairing. mfgrs will only give you the free copy of the OS if it is still being supported. If your recovery partition does not work, You would have to buy a copy of XP starter edition or win 7 starter edition. If your HD is physically bad, you will have a hard time finding a drive that uses an interface that old.
