my usb is still working i tested it with my digital camera, i'm trying to get Rock Mobile Disk hooked up?
i already rebooted and that didn't help
yes I have the usb plugged in and the power cord plugged in and the green light is on
it came with no instructions or disk but on the box it said to go to this website http://usbex.com/sata02. But the website doesn't work.
is the Rock disk plugged in properly at the wall, and the power switch on the disk itself on? The computer can't detect a portable hard drive it unless it's hooked up properly to electricity, unlike a regular USB drive
