What kind of Notebook computer would you buy and why?
I am thinking of buying a new notebook computer but what brand should I look for Toshiba or dell or sony etc? I know i need the anti virus for my computer but what else should I look for in when buying a notebook computer.
This will be mostly used for school and home work.
Toshiba, Sony, HP and Dell are all good brands. I'd stay away from Gateway and Acer though. Don't look for anti virus on a computer, and immediately remove any anti virus preinstalled on your computer, as these are usually horrible and bloated. I recommend Avast free for anti virus. Look for at Core i3 or above processor (i3/i5/i7) and at least 4GB of RAM, as those are important to ensure good performance.
