it said its green weight reduction with safe and non poisonous. ( im guessing people over 18 yrs of age) oh it also said that is directional weight reduction with no rebounding forever.... Under precautions its said that no children,pregnant women, high blood pressure, or deities people can have it. Its natural but it says no children. should i give it to him or not? Please help....
Try adding "calorie burning" activities to your daily routine. Simple ones might not need that much extra time but if you then keep at it they will add up.
Maybe when you get home,,. instead of walking in just go round the block once. Or take the stairs instead of that elevator. Once a week, skip dinner but have a piece of celery instead. Whatever you do, stick to it, then when it has become routine, add more.
