UNIDRV.HLP file causing problem ?
I have recently reformatted my computer with a XP with Service Pack 3. I was trying re install all my programs including the printer drivers.
I have a Dymo Label Printer Turbo 400. When I tried to install its software and driver, after installing halfway, it ask me to insert the Windows XP CD to fild the file UNIDRV.HLP. Even if I insert the CD in my drive, it can't locate the file.
Then it fails to install the printer driver properly.
I tried few times but no luck
Anyone had any similar problem? or found any solution?
