Is my computer the problem or the device?
I bought Memorex Ultra TravelDrive USB Hard Drvie. The problem was it can't be detected my laptop. What should I do?
Go to the Memorex website, and look up drivers provided for this USB Hard Drive. Windows should automatically pick it up and use a Generic Driver at least, if not, your best bet is to try and download one from the manufacturer website.
